VENDORS
Below are some details for those interested in becoming vendors at the Cascade Farmers market.
Vendors will pay $30/week or 7% of daily sales, whichever is greater, to host a booth at the market.
Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell. Vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless the CFM and all agencies the CFM has agreements with including: Cascade People’s Center, Cascade Neighborhood Council, South Lake Union Chamber of Commerce, the City of Seattle, Seattle Department of Transportation, the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation and the Pike Place Market PDA from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any action brought against the CFM and any of the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which CFM has a contractual relationship by vendor’s acts or omissions.
Vendor understands that children brought to the market site are under the same rules and liabilities as adults. Vendors must be responsible for their children, and know that children who wander off the market site are not protected under liability contracts.
